The Story
After the second coming of Christ and the judgement of the nations, Jesus will establish His throne in Jerusalem and reign over all the earth for a thousand years. This will be a period of peace, justice and prosperity without precedent.
Satan will be bound during this period, and the earth will experience the restoration promised by the prophets. The wolf will live with the lamb, and there will be no more war. The overcomers will reign with Christ as kings and priests.
The throne will be established in righteousness, and all nations will come to Jerusalem to worship the King. This millennial kingdom is the penultimate phase of God's redemption plan, preceding the eternal state.
